Fragments of Rose is a Melbourne-based studio creating handmade cement surfaces, functional objects, and wall art through casting, mosaic, and sculptural practices.
ABOUT THE PATH
It began with mosaicing my front path with only audacity and no experience.
That led to my patio, benches, splash back any anything I could get my hands on. Hours in flow state shifted something. I grew frustrated with factory tiles and started casting my own cement instead.
Every crack, bubble, and imperfection holds the magic that perfectionism can't reach. I create through experimentation and intuition, trusting each piece finds its purpose.
